Just Talked to an immigration Officer

I just talked to an immigration officer. he was a very nice guy. Connected to Ins in 5 minutes time and to an IIO in 10 minutes. He told me that my full FP results for both me and my spouse have just come on Feb 14th and waiting to ber p/up up by officer. I asked him how long its going to take more. He said he has no idea it depends on the officer. My RD is July \'01
ND is aug \'01. My handle is Kidd.

When I called up he said my finger print results were received on 24 Jan 2002. My case has not been assigned to officer yet. My RD is june 4
 
Terminator I\'m in the same boat

I talked to an IIO and my case isn\'t assigned either- my RD is June 8th.
(Arnie\'s getting $30million in advance for Terminator 3!)

Did u check if ur Case has been assigned yet? Did he tell u anything when it will be? When did u call? What does ur AVM Say? and do u know anybody else who was in the same boat and were approved
 
r u sure ur rd is jul 01..

cause it was a sunday. My Rd is jul 2 and nd is august 23rd.

I checked with IIO today afternoon. He did not tell me when it will be assigned. My AVM still says the infamous " On Dec 29 processing has resumed ". I do not know anybody who has been approved with dates similar to mine. My estimate is march 2nd or 3rd week to get an approval.
