Seems like VCS is moving on to March 1999 RD. I have seen about five approvals so far.
I also hope that 98 cases are going to be finished in a month or so...
My prediction is that VCS will at least get even with VCS.

 Do you mean that it doesn\'t take 480-640 days to process as stated in the processing time? You mean that you have seen five approvals that had receipt date of march 1999?
