He wasn\'t that bad. He told me that my FP is OK, and my case is not yet assigned to an officer. I asked how long before my case is assigned, and he told me it could be next week or could take a month.

However, his answer to my last question surprised me. I asked after my case gets assigned, it could be either approved or I could get a RFE - right? He told me I won\'t get any RFE, it should be approved - God bless you! And he hung up.
How would he know if I won\'t get an RFE even before the case is approved? Isn\'t that strange?

Don\'t take IIO\'s words seriously.

I have a lot of experience IIO are wrong. Just don\'t trust them.

Don\'t read too much into his words. He only wanted to make you happy by saying that you won\'t get RFE. They have no way of telling that prior getting the case assigned.
