Just talk to TSC

My case is: RD 02/12/2001 ND 02/20/2001, FP 04/2001. SRC01-105-*****. I talk to TSC officer this morning about my case. Her reply is: official time for 485 is Feb or March 2000. So I have to wait for another 8 or 12 months. I remind her that there are some later cases approval. She said that every case is different. Then I mention about my EAD renew application, I did receive notice in Nov 2001. She said that TSC is currrent processing Sep 2001 cases but she did a check for me and ask me to call them 2 or 3 weeks later to check EAD application not my 485. She said that my EAD application is pretty close to be processed. Time: from 7:05am to 9:10am. Not too bad.

Nice to know that you were able to talk to IIO, otherwise it is very difficult to get through. I have noted down time (7AM to 9:30 AM), thanks for telling us time. I will call this time to find out my case.

Wish you good luck with your EAD and I-485 approval.
