I just spoke to an IIO at VSC about my case "EB3 RD 8/2/01. FP done on 12/12/01".
AVM still says "..... Pending Review." He said that my FP is cleared. Please check after 90 days. Then I ask him what month are they processing now. He said they are processing May 2001 cases now. I then ask him about the July approvals. He answered: "Some cases are very complex and some are not. Thats why some cases are approved faster. " Finally he said "please call back after 90 days unless you hear something otherwise"
He was nice and answered all my question.
