I got through after 7 rings & I was holding for 8 min to speak with an IIO.
I was enquiring about my address change. They have my previous address & present address. She has deleted my (including wife\'s) previous address. I enquired about FP. She said they have received it in March & looks good. She didn\'t tell about my wife\'s FP. The file has not been assigned to an officer yet. She doesn\'t know when they are planning to assign as well. I asked her about present processing times. She told "even if I tell you, that won\'t be accurate". God know what does it means!!
