Just spoke with an IIO at VSC

Hi folks,

Spoke with an IIO at VSC. Per the IIO, VSC is now processing Jan. 99 cases.
My RD is Feb 23rd. 99. Was asked to call back after 2 months, if the case
has not been adjudicated by then.
