Today I spoke with a TSO. She mentioned something about receiving a MEMO regading name check and said if VISA numbers are available and PD is current would work on the cases.

As you can see my PD is not current yet.

This is bitter-sweet news for people like me who no longer need to languish due to the NC issue but need to languish due to the visa numbers becoming unavailable for the rest of the year.
