IIO told that my back ground checks are received on FEB 27nd.

how long will it take to get approved..

i have done my FP on 22nd of FEB

You should have asked if your case is aasigned to officer

Then we can guesstimate the time of approval.
My background checks were received on Jan 10th 2002 and as of Mid-March (when I last talked to IIO), my case is not assigned.

i did ask that question. she told that it is not assigned yet and is still pending.

Then if the IIO is correct, you are no closer to approval than all the

others who have all background checks completed and file is sitting on some damned shelf.
Sorry for giving you the bad news.
However, the case can be assigned at any time, and you could get a decision soon.
