Just Spoke to IIO

She said the case is with officer since May 25 and will take 4 to 6 weeks!!
My PD became current as of June.
It is surprising that this time around we don\'t see much approvals??
On first week of April and May we saw lots of approvals of people who\'d PD
became current. Any comments on this??

I have seen on this board whenever the IIO replies with 4 to 6 weeks to process it gets transfered to local office. Can you keep us posted so that we can develop a pattern for their comments.

My guess here is that an RFE is gonna be issued by June 8th or June 12th. Your case is > 365 days old and patterns indicate that such cases definitely get an RFE for employment verification etc.

Same happened for me !!!

I was already issued an RFE on October 1 and was replied back on October 13.
