My ND is Sep 21 1999 EAC992715XXXX and IIO told me that they still have not reviewed the case. It could take 1-2 months before they review and then they will let me know if further information is required. If further information is not required then they should reach a decision 1-2 months after that.

It looks like I\'ll have to wait until March/April 2001 which means a total time to adjust of 18 months which is similar to many of my friends experince adjusting at VSC.

Thank you for posting this. MY EAC # is 99-269-5****. I guess it saves me a phone call. I don\'t need to bother. I am in the same situation. Thanks.

I am from country other, so don\'t think PD counts for me (that\'s what my lawyer told me). Not sure though if this is true do you know?

I had the FP on Aug 2 and confirmed with FBI that they were sent to INS
