Just Spoke to IIO about 485 Receipts

She told me that they are entering today the applications received on August 29th into the system. Mine was not in the system. She asked me to check back after two days, since they have hundreds of applications
(including all types ) with 8/29 as receipt date.
Also she told me that mailroom activity was on hold for the last two weeks of October.

Let\'s hope it picks up full speed next week !!

Thanks for sharing the good news. Surprisingly one of my friend got
his EAD card yesterday and he sent his AOS app in August 1st or 2nd
week. Go VSC Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for as I have seen from this site there were
only "2" 485 applications on the MD! may be the INS has really
a lot of other apps or the IIO was just BSing!
Also, from the site I saw people getting receipts on the
24th and so forth. U Kumar, why don\'t you check out
this site also!
