Just spoke to an IIO - EB3, LIN-01-097-XXXX, ND:02/06/01.
She said, everything is in place. The FP\'s were cleared on 7/28/01. But the case has not been assigned to an officer yet. They are still working on the cases from the first week of December 2000, and that, they won\'t be able to get to my case for at least another 2 months.
