I just received email from CRIS (5 minutes ago). Am I approved????

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 9, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
 
Me too, i too got the same message at 5:22 pm for me and my wife.
i didnt had LUD's from the VSC to TSC Transfer on March 15.
Guys i think the flood gate for approval have started, i wish every one gets appoved as soon as possible, i know the wait is REALLY KILLING....

labor pd march 2003
i-485/140 concurrent filing sept 2004(ND/RD)

I was planning to take INFOPASS this week, to know my Name check status and Security check...

Good Luck to all of you who are waiting...
i guess if your LUD didnt change after the march 15 transfer... dont worry, you may get a direct approval LUD, i have seen couple of people get in addition to me.

The flood gates of approval are now open

Thanks everybody. I got approval for my spouse also though I am still waiting for my son's approval email. I did not get any approval email but I got card production ... email. No LUD prior to approval.

So guys, hang on. The flood gates of July approval are now open. After all the July VB fiasco and uncertainities after that, it's clear now that we are going to see lots of approvals in coming days.

Good luck to everybody who are still waiting...

i personally feel that there will be lot of approvals in the coming days esp if your Name Check/Security Check , FP2 done guys who's Labor PD is before May - June 2003( this is pure guess from the US visa june bulletin) , and i-485 ND in and around sept 2004.

This speculation is purely for EB3 India. I really was expecting this month, my luck kind of had it, i really wish the same luck for others too, i know how unproductive this wait is.....

For guys whose LUD didnt change after 3/15/2007 vsc-tsc transfer probably could be any day(provided the above conditions listed satisfy).

i just gave my logic, it is very very narrow..... good for cases like me, others
should not read too much into this...

So pinnu, the TSC IO you talked last week was absolutely right. Now I'm hoping that the "bulk of approvals" part will also be right. We'll see. Congrats, and enjoy your life!

You guys gave us early hope...... THANK YOU allkarma

We dont have any LUD after 03/15... lost the hope that our cases will not approve near future... Hope this is a good sign for every one...
