Just realized I haven\'t attached the yellow copy with I-485

No Title

Is it necessary to attach yellow form with I-485 or sent to INS after FP? I got FP notice without yellow form and my lawyer got FP notice with yellow form. Do I have to send yellow form back?

Any response is greatly appreciated
