Hi, All.
Just off the phone wtih IIO.
My Details: RD: 08/15/00 Nd 09/08/99. FP mid, AUG, 00
The whole conversation is very dry.

IIO told me that my case still pending. she can not tell me if it is with an office or not.,
I further asked her how long I have to wait for my case to be processed. She said that maybe one or two month.
I am very frustrated to see some guys who have ND is similar as mine or later than mine has received something.

We filed for our I-485 in June 98 and is still waiting after the interview and FP to know whether it\'s approved or not.

I understand your frustration, but the way I see the INS is handling cases is pretty random. I\'m still waiting and my case is March \'99 ND/RD FP 2/15/00

Relax it takes time. sometimes, we get too excited when we see approvals with relatively recent RD dtaes. My app RD 5/15/99 ND 6/15/99, PD 10/97. EB2 country other. Since last June I have watch so many peopl been approved with dates after mine. I got an RFE 20 days ago. The fact is that INS does not have fair procedures and we have to live with that.
