Said my priority date 2007, when i asked how can i got EAD , AP if my PD is 2007 , he said call in October. No visas are available.

Any comments ?

As far as I know EAD and AP are **not** related to PD.

If they said PD 2007 , they should reject my 485.
Jan 2007 is not current as per June visa bulletin.
