Just now I Called IIO..RD 08/06

She said my case will take 30-40 days to assign to an officer after FP result recceived. I completed my FP on 04/19/2002 and VSC received my FP on 04/23/2002. I asked whet is the current 485 processign date and she said "We are currently processign August 1st cases and your\'s is August 6th".

No..It\'s First Time..

I am from OHIO state and my company is in PA state. So they filed my case in VSC. OHIO state is too late to issue FP notices....

my understanding is 30-40 days are minimum not maximum

When did you receive your FP notice ? My RD is 8/10 and haven\'t recd. my FP yet !

My Receipt date is same as yours

I have done my FP on 30th March INS recived on 3rd April
