Just got receipt notice, how long does biometrics notice usually take??

My I485 RD is 1/25/06, and I received the receipt notice today (2/6)

Unlike some other recent filers, my receipt notice clearly states not to go to an ASC without first receiving the appointment notice from USCIS. Earlier receipt notices had instructions to make your own appointment.

How long is it currently taking TSC to schedule the biometrics after issuing the receipt notice??

Biometrics

I have applied end of November, recived notices in 2nd week of december. I did not recive my biometric or fingerprint appointments so far. Any input appreciated

my RD is 11/17 and I havenot got amy FP appointment yet.
It looks like TSC is a little slow these days. :)

After looking at this message, I feel the cases are handeled randomaly. I also come inworldwide group for 485. ANd this case applied in november 18 and got FP receipt on December 13. So we should expect ours soon too.
What you guys think?
 
Checked with my atty and they said 2-3 months usually. I'm also EB2 world, with an LC PD from 2002. I'll post an update whenever the notice arrives....
