We finally got the letter for initial interview meeting. It's for July 15th! We're pretty excited...
Anything special we should know? I believe our lawyer is coming with us so they're going to brief us beforehand.

What is your DO and what is your timeline?
Sorry, I'm new to this and don't know too much of the 'terminology'... I didn't keep a great timeline, but I'll try my best!
10/10/07 - Filed I485/I130/I765
11/?/07 - Got Fingerprint Notice
12/13/07 - Got Employment Auth. Card

5/27/08 - Got Notice to Appear for Initial Interview
Also, my wife doesn't have a passport (we're going to be bringing her mother's overstayed passport). Does she need a passport before she goes to the interview? Can we get the passport after she gets her GC?
I've been reading something about getting her passport stamped? Not sure what that's about.
