Hello Everyone,

Well you could call me the most annoying person on this forum but I have no one to talk to about it and well most people don't understand the Immirgation process.

Ok so today I went to my Infopass appointment (Detroit District Office), I was late (due to traffic), however I was admitted anyways. I waited quite a while but then I was called up and the Officer (Woman) asked me How old I was and I gave her my I.D. and she said "Well you look 16, you have such a Babyface (**Laughs**)" but then she got serious lol. I told her whats been going on with my case and she looked around on her Computer and she gave me a face like she had no idea whats going on with the case, I told her I called USCIS Number quite a few times about resending my letter but haven't got a single one in the mailbox, she then said...
"Well I am going to be honest with you, The NCSC is a bunch of people that are NOT Immirgation Officers, they are paid to transfer your calls and try to give you "Brief" information, so all they do is resend...resend..resend, it seems like they get a copy of the Letter ready but don't send it, thats why you are not receiving the Request of Additional Evidence, so I want you to write the Missorri office and ask for the Letter, make sure you tell them your situation. I must say though, your lucky that you made an apointment today because I highly believe if you would of put it off and kept asking for the letter then your case would likely be canceled so send that letter A.S.A.P."

So In other words, I wasted my time waiting for a letter and now Im pissed, but theres nothing I can do about it, I felt so upset after like I wasted my time for nothing...but hopefully this letter will help.

I also asked her about Advance Parole, she asked me if I wanted "Emergency Advance Parole" and I immediently said Yes, I told her about my Grandfather that his age is effecting him but she told me that I should write to the same place and give them copies of my Birth ID and my Grandfather's Birth ID, however she told me that even If I have advance Parole, I can always get stoped at the border and they can not allow me because your under Immirgation proceedings....has anyone had a problem with that?
(traveling by Car across the border)

Also I gotta ask, when I mail the Missorri Company for Emergency AP, do I have to pay a fee?
thanks guys.

Sorry to hear about your situation. We're still waiting for Missouri to resend my husband's green card after it was sent back to them as undeliverable. That customer service number is pretty much useless. All we ever hear is "Give it 30 days".

Today I wrote the Missouri office and I also contacted my congressman.

Well thanks guys for the reply, I sent the letter yesterday about my situation, also I am going to write for Emergency AP, however do I write to the Detroit District office (Local office) or to the Missouri office (where my case is pending)?

I'm getting different responses regadring USCIS mail forwarding. I for one can say that I did receive mail from them that was forwarded to my current address. I am really really worried that my greencard will be sent back to them as undeliverable. Some people say greencard envelopes do not have a "Do Not Forward Stamp" but some say they do. I think it would help if USCIS allowed mail forwarding. Anyhow, just want to share my frustration with the USCIS toll free number. They haven't mailed my card, they just ordered it and yet they want me to wait 30 days to see if the card gets sent back to them. This does not make any sense to me at all. The card has not been mailed out, why not change my address now before they send it?????? Oh well, I'll just have to wait I guess
