just got an email from USCIS about RFE

This is the email "On December 14, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.: :confused:

I submiited 140 on 2/17/2004 under category of NIW. I didn't submit 485 yet. Do you guys have any idea what it could be? Any recommendations about what I should do? I'm afraid it will be to prove why I didn't go through labor bla bla and it will be extremely hard to explain. Is there a hope my case could be approved after RFE?

Wait for the RFE notice, also consult your lawyer and provide all supporting document and ask him to reply to the RFE you will be good
 
Yes. Gchunger is right. Talk to your lawyer first after you receive your RFE, and then let your lawyer prepare for the response to your RFE.

I filed my I-140 on the basis of NIW, too, and so far still haven't hear anything from USCIS. I know that the third criteria for NIW is hard to explain.
