for myself and my wife. Very annoying form: neither of us have a middle name and and it kept nagging to "Fix errors" because of it, even if its not a required field.
After completion, I printed out the PDF form, and noticed something very interesting. Not new, and I am not sure what it means, BUT: If you are using I-131 to file for a Reentry document, it DOES NOT ask you anything about return to COP or related questions. If you are filing for a RTD, it does. Not all applicants for reentry document are refugees or asylees, so I am not putting too much weight on this, but thought it was curious.
BTW, I still have a RTD valid for 6 months & 1 week. I stated that I have it in my possession, and its expiring in 6 months, and I wont get a visa on it, hence I am asking for the REP. The instructions state that "a document may not be issued if you already have a valid document and did not return it to the service" but since these are two different documents, I am hoping they wont make me return it.
