Thanks for all efforts. But I feel just discussion, no action. By the time we wake up, it will be sunset.

Why don't we gather signatures in the mean time, which can go paralell to preparing petition.

Led.

C'mon buddy, you can't get signatures on blank paper, we should have some document before we could get signature.

Mr.Rajiv S. Khanna is in the process of finalizing the document. I believe we might have something early next week.

Actually we should have started this some 6 months back but anyway there is no point in discussing about that. So let's move forward.

But I appreciate your efforts to remind everyone that we should do something in action rather than just discussing forever!!!!!!

Led, there are some things that everybody can do for now. This morning for example, I visited AILA.ORG and in the advocacy section I sent e-mails to my senators and congressman about the DRiver License issue. One can tailor his own message and send it, for example, regarding EB I-485 delays. This would be a personal/local complain for the individual. If we send the petition to ALL of them also this would be like part of a global campaign.

I feel collective impact is much better than individual impact. Let's do one at a time. Select one which will cause much significant and wide impact. First petition to Mr.Prakash Khatri and collecting signatures.

Many of us might not be good at preparing petitions etc. But definitely contribute to things like collecting signatures, contributing to a monetary fund, gathering at a certain place for protest etc.

Thanks to all (don't like to mention few names) who are preparing petition on behalf of us.
