Just curious..

1. I have files my N-400 but never ewent to SS office to get the "Valid for Work only with INS Authorization" line removed from SS Card during 5 yrs of GC. Should I?

2. How often do they update the distirct office processing dates. I see April 18th last updated for all district offices. Although I am interestedonly in Newark, NJ.

I think you should get a new card. http://www.ssa.gov/pubs/10002.html#immigration
