Can anyone answer my question?...
Do you believe that a person who is on pending 485 and has a legal business company in US can be somebody else sponsor?In this case this person is not the primary applicant.
 
My question is:
Is it possible for a person who is not "Legal"in the US yet,but,has a legal business company be a employee sponsor for a GC?
I know it looks a strange question...
Did anyone hear about it?...
 
It is the company that sponsors for Employment based GC not the owner.

He cannot sponsor on own Family memebers family based GC.

This is now way related to 245(I).
 
To own a legal business in the USA you do not have to be present in the USA. So weather the owner is present in the USA in a legal fashion or not is irrelevant. It has to meet other criteria for GC...for example have enough revenue to be able to afford your salary.
