Hi guys,
Just wanted to confirm,
background:
RD 10/9
RFE 10/31, received 11/14. (emp. letter, paystub, W2)

Is it ok:

for salary to be off by 7K in emp. letter than wat mentioned in LC
Title not to be the same and
job desc is same as in LCA

Any input will be appreciated, I am just trying to get some letter signed to respond.

I would say...

If you have good relations with the employer, try to mention the same job title (or mention that the duties performed by the new title are same as the previous title).

Also, if the salary is less than that mentioned in LCA, ask the employer to state that the employee took a salary cut to keep up the profitability of the firm. The organization is now in good financial heath and will continue offering employment to you.

This is just my thought! You'll get better responses from those who've responded such RFE.

As things stand, I cant have a manager title, my company wont mention a pay cut as well.
The job description is the same.. so...

Any guys who sent out a letter with a similar situation and got approved would be helpful to me.
