just completed citizenship interview, need advice for filing 130 for parents

I just completed my citizenship interview and hopefully will complete oath ceremony in next couple of months. I would like to be prepared with all paperwork to sponsor my parents citizenship soon as i can file (after my oath).

I need advice where to start from? Can someone point me in right direction? How long does it typically take for parents to get GC from the point paperwork is filed? I am in Southern California.

My parents have 10 year multiple entry visa and plan to visit me later this year. How do i figure if i need to file under CP or concurrent or non-concurrent? Any tips advice will be v helpful

The start of the thread gives a high level summary, and then every question you could think of has been asked and answered in the responses.

My only advice is to start filling the forms in draft now. They ask tons of questions and ask for tons of documents so you might as well start getting everything together.
