I got connected to NSC inquired about my approved case on 03/03/2006 and last week they told me that there was a mistake by the officer he did not see my fingerprints, and that they will take it out of storage and have my GC mailed in 3-5 business days, today I called and they told me that the case is in route to the officer and it should be cleared within a week if not call again and have your BIO schedulled again. I did BIO on 10/15/2005 ten days ahead of schedulle maybe that is why the officer got confused with the date. So don't do your BIO ahead of schedule.

When you did your bio, was it only fingerprints or fingerprints/digital photo/picture? I had my fingerprints taken back in September, no picture or signature. Got approved the same day you did, and the approval letter says I may have to wait 90 days for GC. Can they use the picture that I sent them with the application a year ago or the picture from RTD filed half a year ago? The last thing I want is to wait three months.
