Just called NVC I-140 approved for CP and filed I-485.

My I-140 was approved for CP in SEP 2000.
and decided to file I-485 RD: 10/2000 ND:11/2000
But NVC said they sent the file to india in OCT-2000 itself.
So it is been sitting there for more than a year and NSC has never requested back the file from india until now.

Is there anything I can do to move my file????
