Hi All,
This is the first time I called IIO in my four year romance with the INS .. She told me that that I will receive a notice in within 2 weeks . When asked in details , she told me that she can not disclose that information . Any Idea what that might be ? RFE or something else ?
Anyway here are my details
EB2
PD : May 1997
RD : 25 July 1999
RD : Aug 5th 1999.
FP : June 2000.
One of my known friend whose RD is after me ( plus same catg. EB2 ) received RFE in 3rd week of Nov .. Replied back within week .. AVM changed to indicate it . And last week he received notice of approval from INS, even though AVM still not changed . That is the main reason why I called today .
