U Kumar,

I just got through to a weary sounding IIO: "Yada yada yada processing cases
up to Sept 15th. You need to wait another four to six weeks".

Me: "Can you tell me whether it's in the staging area or assigned to IIO?".
IIO: "The staging area... <sounds surprised to hear me call it this>... sorry,
we don't give out that information".

I was tempted to ask if I had an RFE but figured that just might invite one!!

Next time, I'm going to try and bribe them. See what they say.
IIO"... we can't give out that info".
Me: "I'll make it worth your while. How does a crisp five dollar bill sound?"

Or, alternatively, I could just give them my manager's credit card number
and exp and tell him/her to take what they think is fair....

SEMORDNILAP
A word, phrase or sentence that makes sense when reversed,
but is not the same as the original.

A string of letters that reads the same backwards as forwards is a palindrome ("Madam, I'm Adam"; "A man, a plan, a canal: Panama!"; "Was it a car or a cat I saw?"). A semordnilap is closely related, but the reversed text must be different. For example, if you reverse "diaper" you get "repaid", and if you invert "desserts" the word "stressed" appears. A more complicated example is "deliver no evil", but you can probably invent better ones for yourself. As semordnilap is palindromes written backwards, it's a self-referential word, one that encapsulates within itself the thing it represents. You could hardly say that it's common, but many earnest palindromists have accidentally discovered it, and it has some small circulation among word wizards.

apart from this my most favourite palindrome is.

"ABLE WAS I ERE I SAW ELBA"

Uttered by none other than Napolean Bonaparte when he was exiled to the island of Elba.
