Just Called CSC IIO

I just talked with a CSC IIO, and she told me that your case looks OK, but has not sign to an officer yet, bcs we'er processing Nov. fisrt cases now. I asked her how long my case will be taken? She said: may be one or two months. She also mentioned that I-485 cases need to be transfered from Division I to Division II. What dose this mean?

WAC-02042-5xxxx

Please see the link below to know the divisions and applications processed by each division. I'm wondering why they want to transfer I-485 from division I to division II. Another excuse to delay I-485 processing????
