I just called BCIS now and spoke to a customer service Rep. My WAC is 02055XXXXX, Rec Date is 12/3/2001. When I had called last month they said that processing time is 21 months and asked me to call back in early September when 21 months were over to initiate an inquiry. When I called them today, they are now saying that it has gone up to 29 months and now to call back after another 8 months
Absolutely frustrating. Its going to be a long wait.........
