Just an Update on my 140

Finallllllllly my lawyer has responded to my RFE on Education. I have 3 yr degree + 1.5 yr diploma and was applied under EB2 (I wonder why - but at that time I was not as aware as I am now !!! Hindsight is always 20/20).

Anyway he got an Edu eval done by Trustforte.

He has asked for a reclassification under EB3 if they are not happy with EB2. Will be interesting to see how this one pans out and hopefully will help others in the same boat.

My LUD's changed continously on 12th (the day it was rcvd) and today. Message was updated and I got my email.

I got 2 emails with the same mail.

Guess they need a bug fix :) .

How many years of experience do you have before your LC filing date.
Also was your LC approved for EB2. The job category in LC will classify if it requires a Masters Degree with 2 years epxerience (EB2) or Bachalors with 2 years (EB3).
 
I think I had about 9 years experience before LC filing. I am not aware of what is stated on the LC however.
