It says: Use paperclips when attaching supporting personal documents to forms. Can forms be stapled? It doesn't exactly state that. Just wondering

That's a good question. I just sent me I-130, I-485 and I-864 along with supporting documents. I stapled the forms, but used paperclips to attach supporting docs, check, photographs etc with the forms. I guess it should be ok to staple the forms, as paperclips can come off.

Im gonna do the same, staple the forms and attach supporting documents to them.

Staple the pages of multi-page forms together, but do not staple different forms together, and do not staple the supporting documents to the forms.
