03 cases ahead of 01 and 02 cases.??

It's also happening in TSC. Take a look at the latest tracker spreadsheet. Some Jan 03 cases were approved this month

may be some of the cases are EB1

May be some of the approved 2002 and 2003 are EB1. If that is the case, I do not mind. If they are EB3 then I do mind. I stump my foot and shout: "you bloody TSC!" and then I feel better.

I believe in some ways if you have connections to USCIS, you may have some kind of priority. This is not to imply those people who got approved earlier, but I don't think USCIS pick up cases randomly. There must be a reason why they got approved earlier.

Random or not, I heard from my lawyer one of her client , a Jan 03 case got approved earlier this month, it is an employment based, either EB2 or EB3, my lawyer said even everybody knows it is not true, but the TSC swear they do cases by time order....
