Good to see a posting from you. I hope the bulletin will bring good news but more realistically India EB3 may move to April 01 or at best to May 01. That is the most realistic estimate. I think all other EB3s will remain stuck at May 01 and Mexico may stay where it was (April 01 I guess).

I will agree with you Saras76. EB3 will definitely move to May'01. Could be possible even June'01. As dates become current EB3 cases are approving fast. I guess that is good sign for EB3 to move forward for couple of months.

Regarding EB2, I guess no change or just a month. I am guessing this because lot of EB2 April-current cases still pending and we are into May. With at least 9 months of cases are pending now.

Today i had my BIO meteric Code 3 FP and LUD changed too.
my PD is May 25 2001 (EB3 Worldwide).
any idea that this case approved soon.

I guess yes. In current USCIS process after retrogression I have obeserved that USCIS tries to complete processing (name/security check and FP) of a 485 application to make it adjudiaction ready when they expect PD to be current coming or next month. Since your PD is May 25 2001 (EB3 Worldwide) so I guess EB3 Worldwide may reach June 2001 in June 2006. Good luck
 
What'z happening to EB3 Cases ?

Friends, dont see at all approvals for EB3 cases these days. What does that mean :

a) There are no EB3 Cases Pending for this period [Mar'01 for India ]
b) There is no Visa avlb. for EB3, so no approvals
c) USCIS just holding on EB3 cases

Any comments

there's no point speculating the dates .
Only a glitch in their system , might approve our Cases !!!

I agree with you , nothing and nobody can make a real estimation with these guys , anything can happen ....hopefully they wake up a little and take care of everybody !!!
 
I wonder why June Bulletin is not out there. May be it has surprize for us or nothing...... Any guess :confused:

I read somewhere in the forum that USCIS usually releases Visa bulletins only on fridays. So it should be by tommorrow.

That is classic sadism. USCIS is hell bent on screwing up our weekends.
 
Guys I can understand your tension, I was in the same boat till last month.

however, even if you become current as per visa bulletin the earliest that the service will look at the case is June 1st. so it really doesnt matter if the bulletin comes out on 10th or 14th.

take a deep breath and pray for the best.

usually they dont release bulletins this late unless there is little or no movement
this does not look good

if there is no movement they dont have to release a bulletin at all :)

They never release it on friday
it was really late in october when the retrogression started
thats bad news.

you have taken these dates from archived/current posted visa bulletins. These are signed off dates.

I am not sure about other months but bulletin for the month of May which was signed off on April 5 became available to public on April 7. It was Friday.

Again, I have no way to confirm/rule out Friday as visa bulletin day but just a reference that they do not release the bulletin the day they sign off.

Here are the actual release dates for the past few months.

Friday, April 7th
Friday, March 10th
Friday, February 10th
Wednesday, January 11th
 
thumb rule is that it comes on friday with few exceptions
it will come tommorow!

if it is released today it will be at 1:00pm p.s.t

looking at previous release dates they should release it tuesday ..with little or no movement in PDs ....:(
