June Visa Bulletin - Is that True !!!!

your time has come

BanglaBabu
Your time has come!!! let's eagerly wait for June 2007, many GC approvals will be finally seen here.

The best best of luck.:)

so many prayers have been answered!

Lets hope we all get GC!!!

I am somewhat reluctant to be happy at the progress. It makes my date current now after over a year of watching dates not progress. But I am also worried, like the past, I may be still stuck without GC approval because of Namecheck. The darn namecheck has been pending for over 3 years now.

I have called Senator, Congressman, had my employer send letter to FBI and also sent a letter to Mrs. Laura Bush all without response. Any thoughts??

Future PD Dates Movements

E. EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE COMING MONTHS

The current level of demand in many of the Employment-based categories has been much lower than anticipated. As a result, the June cut-off dates have been advanced significantly in an effort to maximize number use under the annual numerical limits. At this time it appears likely that there will be additional advances during the coming months.

All readers should be aware that such cut-off date movements should allow for action to be finalized on a significant number of Citizenship and Immigration Services adjustment of status cases. Once that level of demand begins to exceed the supply of available numbers it will be necessary to make “adjustments” to the cut-off dates. At this time is in not possible to estimate when this is likely to occur, but it is expected.

I think that because so many applications are stuck in name check, current demand for visa numbers is less. That must have triggered cut-off dates moving so much forward.
Once name check results start consuming the visa numbers, cut off dates may move backwards in the future.
so the point is, who ever gets name check results quickly will win this race!

don't apply any logic when it comes to USCIS

Try to think irrational when it comes to USCIS visa retro dates. But let me speculate.
There will be legal debate on state of immigration broken system. USCIS wants to show them that no-no-it-is-not-that-bad situation. Otherwise see there own published approved cases number (this year ) and accordingly there should not be any movement this year as visa number for EB3 India exceeds 3k.But these Faulkners are smart and will again misled the senate by movement of date. USCIS sucks.
They don't want to fix the system hence will keep throwing one or two lollypop like this.
