This is only for the dependent. Primary got approved 2 weeks back.

Any idea what they need to see from the dependent.

Ask your lawyer to find out why they did that??? Usually they will approve the spouses case after the primary is approved. Did she take medicals?? what about her Birth certificate???

I don\'t think INS will tell the reason to the Lawyer.
Birth Certificate was provided along with Medical. She didn\'t had vaccination because she was pregnant at that time...but they should send RFE for that. Moreover I think Doctor waived it.
