June perm - certified

We filed perm on june 2005 trying to retain apriority date of March 2005, and it got certified on Jan 23rd 2006.We're very thankful to the people in this forum.From this forum we understood that if we know the name of the certifying officer, we can try to contact that person directly thru attorney.We did like that and our labor got certified in 3 days.Hope this information will help more poeople who is waiting for their perm approval from may-june 2005.

yes..we got audit letter in july 2005 and replied to that in july itself
