June-July 03 FP notices?

Hi,
Has anybody who filed for I485 in the June-July 03 timeframe got their first FP notice?

My lawyer says they've faxed an inquiry and there's been no response from BCIS.

Here are my details:
I485: WAC03-203-5*****
ND: 07/01/2003
RD: 07/01/2003

NO FP to date !!
 
I haven't gottten my first FP notice either.
