I see a lot of July cases getting approved. Any June filers still waiting, please lets get together. Also, any IIO experiences please respond.

A lot of them still ...

I am RD 6/1 guy and still waiting for approval. Got RFE for employment letter and replied and message updated on 5/1. Expect to be approved by 6/1/2002 one year anniversary

hang on guys.

Current delay is due to second time FBI and internal check. Mostly they were waiting for FBI second clearence. You will get soon. My case was ideal for long time. They were simply waiting for clearence.

You will get it. There is no magic. keep your finger crossed. I know, JIMZ you are on this portal for quite sometime now. You will get soon. before JUNE.

I am still waiting RD 6/21. No RFE, but the AVM still says "Processing Resumed"

when did you get your RFE.....

it normally takes between 15-20 days after AVM updates to get approved in employment RFE cases(based on some cases that I have seen on this board)....hope you will get approved soon.....

My RFE

The AVM said they mailed out RFE on 4/18 and the lawyer got it on 4/24. It was only for employer letter. The response was sent out on 4/26 and then the message was updated on 5/3. saying they received on 5/1. I called IIO at 3rd time on the first week of April and the IIO told there was going to have a RFE very likely. so It took them at least 3 weeks to mail the RFE.

Hope all June guys get approved in the month.

Conversation with IIO

MY RD is 06/25 ND 08/17. Received an RFE on 03/14 and AVM updated to received response to RFE on 03/27. I called up INS today to change my address. I was told that it will take an additional 60-90 days from here. RFE was for employment.
