It seems priority Date play the rule?

The approval from the list, most of them have PD before 3/2000
What do you guys think?

dunno if PD plays a role???

My PD is 12/99 but i\'m still sitting tight. I think the EB category sure does play a major role!!!

Plain Luck

I think we all are the unlucky ones whose case has been assigned to a officer who
is on vacation. Hope he enjoys the vacation and comes back soon and approve all of us together.

Or PD also plays a role...

My case is EB3 with 9/98 PD. I already got approved.
I believe sometime whether your case can get approved fast depends on the officer who processes your case. Or, where they put your documents in INS office. If the basket holding your documents is easy to access, your case gets approved quicker than others.
Just my thought.
