June and Aug approvals Great, But Backlog?

I am pretty happy for those June or late RD approvals. But at the same time, I share the pain of those Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar RD filer. BCIS don't move processing day, that mean most of us can't even contact senators or congressmen for our case. At the same time, all those late RD approvals. I don' t know what other petitioners think. I just feel very frustrated for it.
 
please don't forget those with RD in august, sept and oct!

you guys always start with november like we august, september and october RD don't matter no more :(
this makes me feel sad and forgotten. please don't do that as i'm developing a mental condition.

just kidding :)
 
August, September and October RDs not forgotten

I have a feeling Aug-Dec case files have been shredded. We will have to make do with endless EADs and FPs.

Please don't get offened. It's just really hard (and disappointing) to imagine that August is still pending. My friend's case (RD October 2001) had been approved September 2002! Yet there are people with RD starting August still waiting :(

I think it is a good idea to check using the script that sbctsublc uses for month of your ND. This way, you know for sure how many are still with you. If there are quite a few it could be slightly relieving otherwise you might need to make vigorous efforts like Dr T who had his attorney visit Vermont center and they discovered his kids files were missing !

I am sorry I didn't realize that there are still case before Nov. 2001 is still pending.
If you haven't contact congressman or senator, maybe it is time to do so.
Hope you will get approval letter soon.
 
BCIS is doing a random processing. If you have some issues then may clear it fast. This was proved in I-140 approvals. The person who gets an RFE he will get his approval soon. That is the notion on the I-140 forum. They did not count whether you are from May 2002 or May 2003 if you get an RFE you are approved. I think similar or happening with I-485 applications. No one should wonder if some one May 2003 gets approved if his case had some problems and RFE was generated immediately. He may get approval soon.
Discussions should be started how to get an RFE.
