My RFE was about education and ability to pay.

My company turned in a statement signed by CFO, and Federal Tax return in last 2 years. Hope this helps.

Well, they asked official transcript for the degree (BA in Engineering) required in ETA 750, and I had to send a request to my college. That is why it took us 50 days to reply the RFE. I think if they asked for original or official documents, you better make no mistake about that.

Thanks flyer010. I hope the official transcript means the mark statements and nothing else :)
 
140 RFE/ Flyer

I have also got similar RFE and my lawyer sent the response on 04/15/2004 and I see no updates yet as of today. How many days it took for you to change the message or LUD after sending the RFE and what was the message?.

My case was June 30th 2004 . Thanks in advance for your reply.

They will receive ur RFE on 4/20/05 and you get update on 4/22/05

For me it took a week to get LUD for response received. then after 2 days the case was approved. You will receive Email from CIS. But some other fellows in this forum got approval directly. Also there is a possible longer delay, according to many people, they wouldn't get LUD after weeks. Don't worry, I feel that CSC is streamlining I-140 and it wouldn't take too long for them to make decision. On the flip side, More I -485 cases got stuck recently and you should be very lucky to get concurrent approval.
