Well, I finally received the eagerly awaited email for I-140 approval on April 5, 2005.
My details EB2 - I-140/I-485 concurrent. CSC
RD: 6/10/04
ND: 6/14/04
EAD/AP approved in August 04. FP done in July 04.
My LC was applied in Aug 2001.
No RFEs. My company is a $1 bn plus firm which is well known in its area. I have MS + 10 years exp.
Last week I had called the regular 1-800 number to inquire about my I-485. My company lawyer was also planning to inquire on the I-140 this week (don't know if they did yet). One of those two could've triggered the approval.
Now I'm waiting for my I-485.
