About to apply I-485

Hi,
I just got my 140 cleared (sigh!) and is on the verge of applying 485. So I guess I will fall under this thread. I have some initial questions :

1. How much time it takes to get the EAD/FP/AP?
2. I don't have birth certificates, so my attorney suggested the alternative of affidavit docs from my parents as well as a document from the local civil authority stating the non-availability of my birth certificate. I'm not sure whether I'll be able to get hold of this third doc. Can I apply 485 without this doc or will I get an RFE for that?

Include me

I just applied for EAD/AP renewal june 1st week. 06/13 Checks were cleared and got the EAC numbers from the check and verified the status online. It said, Application is received on June 11th..

So I will update you guys with my dates once i receive receipt notice. RD/ND could be 06/11.

My current EAD expires 09/12/03.
