RFE Issues for BC and Marriage certificate on 8-Apr-2002
RFE respoce received by INS 11-JUN-2002.

Waiting to hear from NCS since than. So many conflicting responses from IIO. Some time cases assigned. Some time it one the way to officer and some time it is with the officer.

20-Sep 2002, FP expired. My lawer still telling me that immigration officer has the authority to approve the case even after expiration of FP. It can only be done within 3 months time after expiration of FP.

Any suggestion, What I should do other than waiting.

I guess there are less options to do anything when it comes to INS. I know you are very much frustrated and so am I because I am too waiting for approval after submitting RFE reply for almost 2.5 months. May be I am less frustrated than you are. But you must remember that there many frustrated folks like us who are desperately waiting for approval after RFE reply. I hope you get your approval soon and wish you good luck.

Me too. I am in the same boat send RFE a month and half back. Still waiting for approval hope we all will get soon.

You can approach Senator or Congressman or Woman to expedite your case.
