Need input on this -

RD 485 June 2002
RFE replied/acknowledged May 2005

Today got this message from my email:
On June 24, 2005, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


What is that supposed to mean?

If you or your lawyer has tried to inquire on your case, that's the online message they would give.

If no one tried to inquire the case, I hope an officer working on your case :)

I am June 2002 filer too - and got approved 2 weeks ago. Yours must be coming too.... :rolleyes:

Thank you for your response. My lawyer did inquire my case this week I think.

My RFE was sent and acknowledged on May 10th.
